We love this bar, always have! Incredible staff, awesome kitchen crew and really chill vibe. The drinks are great, of course, but the food is noteworthy. Been in several conversations with Denton folks where Loophole comes up and everyone starts nodding their heads about how great the food is. Menu isn't huge but everything is fantastic. Don't miss out next time you're on the Square (and don't forget togo drinks for a very relaxing time as you stroll around).

I must say, I went in with an open mind despite reading all the reviews faulting the customer service. The food was delicious, once it arrived at the table. However, I have never in my 10 years of living in Denton received such horrible service as I did today. Our server, Will, was inattentive, distracted, unfriendly, and did not get a single one of our orders correct. Our party of 3 each received the incorrect burger, was not attended to despite multiple attempts to get his attention as he walked right next to our table, and we each received the incorrect bill. We had also asked for an additional entree to go, which of course was also wrong. Food and drinks were great, however for anyone thinking of coming to this establishment, I would heed the negative reviews from past patrons regarding the service.

Have been a patron at this place for 3+ years and a server who has served my friends and I in the past refused to serve us drinks, because her Oklahoma ID was "fake, bc it didnt have a vertical barcode." The same server has served us alcohol in the past but maybe she was too distracted with the boy she had following her around that night. We used to love it here and its sad to see that we can no longer drink here bc they dont have a way to authenticate real IDs from the fake ones. We still got fries that were okay at best, would have been better with an ice cold beer from the local place, unfortunately had to take our business elsewhere which is unfortunate because the restaurant seemed to be in need of local support. Point is, if youre from Oklahoma avoid this place. and management from loophole pls teach your employees what a real ID looks like, and train your servers to not talk dirty and point at the people still buying food regardless of the situation. Me and my fiance just wanted cheese fries, we went to cool beans first, their prices were absolutely ridiculous, so i suggested we go to loophole cause i liked their cheese fries in the past and they were fairly priced, but unfortunately the food just wasn’t good at all. Idk if they stopped making house ranch and started buying bottled ranch but it’s just as bad as hidden valley if not actually hidden valley, there was like only 7 pieces of bacon in the fries, the cheese sauce was almost definitely ricos nacho cheese sauce. Not bad but like. Come on… and the worst part was there was several raw fries. If you’re going to drown fries in the cheapest nacho cheese sauce at least make sure the fries are fried. It’s just sad. I feel like ever since denton became this “tourist town” quality has just gone down everywhere and prices have gone way up and service is sub par. Why even go out? I could have gotten a bag of frozen fries, friend them in oil, bought ricos cheese, actually make palatable ranch and a fair amount of bacon crumbles and had a much better experience with more food for the same price.
